Returns & Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping with PitchPro. Because every pair of our shin guards is custom-made for you, all sales are considered final once the order is placed. This policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the made-to-order nature of our products.
 

Custom Orders – Final Sale

Due to the personalized nature of our shin guards (including custom logos, names, numbers, and photo-based designs), we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or preference after delivery. We encourage you to review your design details carefully before submitting your order

Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return, replacement, or refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a claim

2. Include a description of the issue and clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
3. 
Our team will review the information and guide you through the next steps

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

    *Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by PitchPro

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items without a defect or error on our part

  • Items returned after the 14-day claim window

  • Custom shin guards that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Products ordered incorrectly (e.g., design, size) where the item was produced as requested

How to Report a Problem

Please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos showing the defect or error

We aim to resolve eligible claims quickly and fairly.
